They’re the words of Rick Cataldo, who said them as part of a video promo uploaded to Women Superstars Uncensored‘s YouTube channel to hype up his January match against Jessie “Bonesaw” Brooks. He said it outside of a Hooters restaurant in reference to the proportion of black and Hispanic people who were smoking outside.
The promo (which was disjointed and clumsy) did not necessitate such references, looked to have been recorded on the fly, and did little to hype any upcoming match, but did manage to incorporate slurs on two different ethnic minorities in such casual fashion.

Women Superstars Uncensored had promised much ahead of its Four Year Anniversary show. Jessicka Havok had promised to go through Rain’s Army to reach and defeat the leader herself; Sassy Stephie had made her intentions clear that she wanted the Spirit Championship and would do whatever it took to get it; Serena Deeb vowed to end the 2 year WSU World Title reign of Mercedes Martinez; and Alicia assured us she would cash in her title shot contract during the show and become a champion again.
