WSU and Femmes Fatales to work together

Two of North America’s most well-known wrestling promotions have forged a working agreement. Women Superstars Uncensored and nCw: Femmes Fatales have struck up a partnership to publicise shows, sell merchandise and host talent from each other’s promotions on their respective cards.

In a statement we received from Femmes Fatales, we received more information:

WSU and nCw Femmes Fatales have reached an agreement that will help both companies to continue to grow and establish themselves as two of the best all-women wrestling promotions.

First, there will be more talent sharing between the 2 promotions, which will bring some of WSU stars to Montreal in the near future. This has already started with Mercedes Martinez being a regular in Femmes Fatales, but this is only a sparkle of what could happen… and this also means that some of the FF wrestlers will make the trip to WSU. This opens the door to some dream matches that nobody could have thought before our announcement today.

Also, nCw Femmes Fatales’ recent DVDs will be available for purchase at WSU shows starting on March 3rd, and the same thing for WSU DVDs that will be available in Montreal starting on March 10th.

Keep following @WSUwrestling and @nCwFF on Twitter, on Facebook (WSU Wrestling and nCw Femmes Fatales) or on our websites (http://www.declarationofindependents.net/wsu/ and www.ncwfemmesfatales.com) for updates on our partnership!

When approached for a comment, Femmes Fatales promoter Stephane Bruyere told Ringbelles:

This partnership will be good for both companies, most particularly because each crowd will be able to witness some of the best talent of each promotions. We are happy to do business with WSU and are open for any other partnership with any female promotions that would like to work with us.

This appears to be beneficial to both parties. For example, it could see Martinez joined in Femmes Fatales by WSU talent like Jessicka Havok, Allysin Kay and Lexxus debuting, and names like Sassy Stephie and Brittney Savage returning after both appearing in one FF volume each. Meanwhile, International Champion Kalamity, former titleholder LuFisto, Mary Lee Rose, Courtney Rush and Cherry Bomb could represent Femmes Fatales in the US.

In fact, you get a whiff that a promotion war could be set up – much like when Union of Wrestling Forces International feuded with New Japan Pro Wrestling in the mid-1990s, though on more of an even keel that would benefit both promotions. We understand things will take shape after the March shows.

If Allison & Dave at SHIMMER joined
the work agreement with WSU & Femmes
Fatales it would in my honest opinion
form a credible alliance thats not there
in womens wrestling at this time & point.
