After a four year absence, SHIMMER founder and Pro Wrestling SUN president Allison Danger is returning to the UK for a weekend of shows in November.

She is the first international name to be announced for the return of Saraya Knight’s World Association of Women’s Wrestling, which holds its next card in Norwich, England on November 19. The announcement was made on the UKFF a few hours ago:

WAWW are please to announce that Shimmer star Allison Danger is joining the roster and will debut on “The Return” presentation on the 19th November. Allison will also appear for HEW at the greyhound stadium Harlow on the 18th and for WAW at Larva Ignite Hemel Hempstead on Sunday 20th.

That’s three potential chances for Brits to see Danger in one weekend.

Her last trip to the UK was between February and April 2007, where she wrestled against and then teamed up with Sara Del Rey for Ring Of Honor‘s 5th Anniversary show in Liverpool against Jetta and Eden Black, took on skilled British grappler Pippa L’Vinn in the match of the night at an Future Championship Wrestling show in the West Midlands, ventured to Wales for South Wales Championship Wrestling and over to Ireland for Irish Whip Wrestling.

She also took on Saraya herself in a rounds-based affair in WAW, which you can watch below.

In addition to wrestling in the UK, Danger also ventured to Europe to wrestle for German Stampede Wrestling, as well as going to France to work for the now-defunct Queens Of Chaos.

While it’s not an extended tour of the continent like last time, it will be great to have Allison Danger back in the UK for a weekend – if you’ve wanted to see her wrestle live, our advice is to get along to HEW, WAWW or WAW in mid-November. After all, she may not be back after this until 2015…
